There is no automatic charge: the monthly payment is agreed with you after we confirm the request.

Payment is confirmed only after Ifthenpay confirms the exact amount. The site does not ask for or store card details. There is no direct debit.
The VAT regime is still to be confirmed. The total shown is the amount to pay, subject to confirmation of the address and price when the quote is not closed.
If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which is distinct from the contractual cancellation notice for holiday-rental plans.
Approved commercial conditions — holiday rentals
These commercial conditions are approved. There is no automatic debit. The statutory consumer right of withdrawal, where it applies, is distinct from the contractual cancellation notice.
- Essential 95 €/month and 2 hours; Standard 165 €/month and 4 hours; Complete 250 €/month and 8 hours.
- One journey included per monthly period. Each extra journey costs a flat 35 €.
- Hours actually worked by each technician. Unused hours do not accumulate. Extra hour: 35 €/technician-hour, only with authorisation.
- Booking at least 48 hours in advance. Free rescheduling up to 24 hours before.
- Automatic monthly renewal: the plan continues into the next period unless it is cancelled. No automatic charging and no direct debit.
- A contractual 14-day notice stops the next period from starting. This notice is not the statutory 14-day withdrawal right, which runs from conclusion of the contract (Decree-Law 24/2014).
The earlier proposal of kilometre-based supplements and 7-day cancellation is not in force. This legal review does not change the approved prices, hours or travel charges.
