Prices are per property, with one monthly visit. Travel for that visit is included in the monthly fee. The hours are the monthly limit. The service is not unlimited.

The visit uses the contracted hours on this work. Anything beyond that is quoted separately.

How the price works

  • checkThe price is per property.
  • checkThe service area and any travel conditions are confirmed before activation.
  • checkThe plan hours are a monthly limit, not an unlimited service. Unused hours do not accumulate.
  • checkHours beyond those included cost 35 €/hour, only after authorisation. No new travel fee if done on the included monthly visit.

Materials, parts, extensive repairs, regulated services and extraordinary urgent calls are not included.

Travel for the monthly visit is included in the fee; extra jobs follow the site travel table. No automatic charge.

Each monthly period starts on the plan’s effective start date, confirmed on activation. Unused hours expire at the end of that period and do not carry over. Example: start on 20/10 — first period from 20/10 to 19/11.

Extra hours: 35 €/hour on all three plans, only after the customer authorises them. If they are done during the included monthly visit, no new travel fee is charged. There is no automatic charge.
